Caregiver Bonus Program
New Hire Sign on Bonus – $200
New caregivers who are hired after 1/1/24 will receive a one-time $200 bonus after they have completed 100 work hours without call outs or lateness.
Referral of New Caregiver – $200
When a current caregiver refers a new caregiver which gets hired and completes 100 work hours, they will receive a one-time bonus of $200 per caregiver.
Caregiver of the Year Attendance Award – $500
The caregiver who has not had any absences and lateness for their shifts during the calendar year (working for a minimum of 90 days) will receive a $500 bonus award at the end of the year. There will only be one winner. If there is a tie for first place, the winner will be randomly selected by raffle.
